Cashless rules
The value of 1 token is equal to €2.00. The loaded credits are valid only for the current event and cannot be used at other events.
Service fees
The cost of the first top-up at the till is equal to 1 token.
Refund policy
You can request a refund of any remaining tokens from 12:00 PM on the day after the end of the event and until 12:00 PM on the seventh day after the end of the event.
The minimum amount to request a refund is 2 tokens.
The fee for a refund request is equal to 1 token.
Refunds will be processed within 21 working days from the close of the request period, excluding weekends and public holidays.
