There’s a small neighbourhood club in Newcastle where it all began, back in 2009. A young man with a passion for getting the crowd moving. From that room to Hï Ibiza, the world’s number one club, where he’s now a resident DJ. From Newcastle to the title of Best British DJ in 2022. The rest is a dance floor that just keeps getting bigger.
Gibellina could have stopped there. Instead, it chose art as its path to rebirth.
The Sistema delle Piazze was born from that choice — five squares, one architecture, a city that didn’t give up. Italy’s capital of contemporary art in 2026.
Now it welcomes Aura.
