Il valore di 1 token è pari a €2,00. Potrai caricare il credito dal momento in cui l'evento inizierà. I crediti caricati sono validi esclusivamente per l’evento in corso e non potranno essere utilizzati in altri eventi.
Costi di gestione
Il costo della prima ricarica in cassa è pari a 1 token.
Politiche di rimborso
È possibile richiedere il rimborso dei token residui dalle ore 12:00 del giorno successivo al termine dell’evento ed entro le ore 12:00 del settimo giorno successivo al termine dell’evento.
L’importo minimo per richiedere il rimborso è di 2 token.
La commissione per la richiesta di rimborso è pari a 1 token.
I rimborsi verranno elaborati entro 21 giorni lavorativi dalla chiusura del periodo di richiesta, esclusi weekend e giorni festivi.

Cashless rules
The value of 1 token is equal to €2.00.
You can top up in advance up to 5 minutes before the event starts.
The loaded credits are valid only for the current event and cannot be used at other events.
Service fees
The cost of the first top-up at the till is equal to 1 token.
Refund policy
You can request a refund of any remaining tokens from 12:00 PM on the day after the end of the event and until 12:00 PM on the seventh day after the end of the event.
The minimum amount to request a refund is 2 tokens.
The fee for a refund request is equal to 1 token.
Refunds will be processed within 21 working days from the close of the request period, excluding weekends and public holidays.
