The festival
Aura will take place on May 1st and 2nd, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM the following day.
At the Archaeological Park of Segesta.

The following are prohibited:
Food and beverages, firearms, knives and utensils, firecrackers and explosive materials, glass or cans, animals, drugs and needles, umbrellas, selfie sticks, drones, bicycles and skates, laser pointers, suitcases or backpacks > 21 x 30 cm, stadium horns, spray cans (including perfumes and deodorants), tents, musical instruments, video cameras, semi or professional cameras, helmets, folding chairs.
And anything else that the organisation or security officer deems dangerous.

Tickets and purchase
Full Pass: grants access to both days of the festival.
Regular Ticket: valid for a single day.
Always purchase the ticket type with the lowest price while you still can. Several releases are loaded with a limited number of tickets; once a release sells out, the system automatically moves to the next release at a higher price. Therefore, to save money, it is advisable to purchase the ticket at the lowest price available at the time of purchase.
- If you lose your ticket, you can follow these steps to recover it:
- Contact the Ticketsms customer support service, which is the official Aura Festival retailer, via the support form Ticketsms. They will be able to assist you in recovering your ticket.

- Open your purchase confirmation email and look for the option “Recover your ticket”. Log in to TicketSms by entering the phone number or email address used for the purchase. Once logged in, you will be automatically directed to the “Transactions” page where you will find all the tickets purchased associated with your profile. From here, you will be able to recover your ticket quickly and easily.
Yes, it is possible to change the name on the ticket up to 10 days before the event. After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to make changes to the name on the ticket. Make sure to complete the name change within the specified timeframe to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note that the only official ticketing platform for Aura Festival is Ticketsms. We strongly advise you to be wary of anyone trying to sell you a ticket outside of this authorised channel.
On-site ticket purchase is not guaranteed. Once the capacity limit is reached for safety reasons, the on-site ticket offices will close. If tickets are still available, they will be sold at a higher price than online. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets online as soon as possible to secure the best price and guarantee your access to the event.
18:44Once inside the event, it is not possible to exit and re-enter using the same ticket without paying the entrance fee again. However, inside the festival you will find various areas to satisfy your musical needs, to eat and drink, as well as many other attractions. We recommend planning your time inside the festival carefully to make the most of the experience without the need to exit and re-enter.
If you cannot attend the event, you have the option to activate the resale procedure for your tickets or the tickets you have purchased, including a single ticket in case of multiple purchases. You can do this by accessing the appropriate section from your user profile or from the transaction summary. For more information, visit https://www.ticketsms.it/resale. This option is valid up to 10 days before the event. Additionally, you have the option to freely change the name on the tickets you own, for events where name assignment is required, or on the tickets you have purchased, including a single ticket in case of multiple purchases. This change can be made by accessing the appropriate section from your user profile or from the transaction summary, provided you are the ticket purchaser. For more information, visit https://www.ticketsms.it/change-name. This option is also valid up to 10 days before the event.
Rules and general information
The minimum age to attend the festival is 18 years of age.
Food and drinks from home are not permitted inside the festival. We invite you to consult the full rules on our website in the rules section for further details. Inside the festival you will find a dedicated food and beverage area, with a wide range of culinary options to satisfy all tastes, including proposals for vegetarians and vegans.
The event will take place regardless of weather conditions. The tensile structures in use have a limited capacity for safety reasons. If capacity is reached, please wait your turn for entry. Staff will be present to ensure compliance with regulations.
In the event that the performance of one or more artists scheduled at the festival is cancelled for reasons beyond the festival organisation’s control, and this does not result in the cancellation of the entire event, we will not be able to proceed with any refund, total or partial, of the ticket price. These situations may occur outside the organisation’s control and do not fall within our responsibility.
Yes, you can take photos and videos with your smartphone. However, the use of professional photography equipment is subject to restrictions.

How to reach the festival
Take the A29 motorway from Palermo to Trapani, exit at the Segesta junction and continue towards Calatafimi Segesta following the road signs past the Archaeological Park of Segesta. Continue for 2 km and at the junction turn right, after 5 km you will reach the town.
The regional transport service connects the main cities with the archaeological site, in particular the Trapani-Calatafimi Segesta and Palermo-Segesta bus lines. You can check all timetables on the TARANTOLA BUS website.
The nearest airports are Palermo and Trapani.
Yes, a dedicated shuttle service is available to reach the Archaeological Park of Segesta on festival days. From Palermo organised buses are available. Other routes are managed by local coordinators who organise connections from various areas of Sicily.
